You might find a great condo in the heart of downtown Raleigh, similar to those in the 100 Yorkville development, but without anything big to do on the weekend. Make sure that the home you are interested in is close to the entertainment options which are important to you.
Shopping
Finally, consider the proximity of malls and food markets to your home. The last thing anyone wants to do is waste a big portion of their day driving to and from the grocery store, whether you have to drive there once a week or more. Raleigh houses are similar to Brampton real estate and other medium sized cities in that most neighborhoods have a market close to hand. Just make sure that's true where you buy!
